Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy flooring is used for commercial and industrial flooring. Epoxy coating is mostly applied on concrete floors to provide a smooth, high-performance, and durable surface that can last for many years and can bear heavy loads. Many industries and warehouses and commercial buildings rely heavily on epoxy flooring to provide safe conditions for working for workers, equipment, and inventory. The coating of epoxy requires a clean and a little porous surface for the perfect coating of the material. The concrete floor must be fully cured of any imperfection. Before the application of epoxy, it is advised to repair all the cracks and patches, and chips on the concrete surface, and do not forget to remove all the grease.

If the concrete is old, before applying the final layer of epoxy, test a patch of the floor. For the sealant of testing, pour a small amount of water onto the floor. The water should be soaked in. If the water does not get soaked rather than beads, it suggests that the floor has been sealed and may not be suitable for an epoxy coating. Before applying epoxy, there are other considerations as well.  Do not forget to check if the temperature is suitable or not.

It also depends on the product that you might be in need of applying epoxy primer and finisher coat. The primer is just like paint and it is being applied in the same way and is allowed to stay for several hours before applying the epoxy. For the application of the primer, first, cover the floor with a thin layer of water and then spread the primer with the help of a roller pin. Epoxy creates a shiny high gloss surface that increases the brightness of interior areas. It also offers a durable surface that enables it to bear heavy traffic.

I have used Ground Zero Home Inspections for two of my properties.  As an investor, it's not easy to get a full understanding of what we are facing considering we are out of the state of the true repair condition of the homes we are prospecting. Their professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness, and fast response are second to none. I have used Ground Zero Home Inspections services for my home and business. Great job and inspectors.

I am very pleased with the service I received, from the initial contact with your personnel to the technicians that handled my problems. It is great to deal with a company that values its customers. The report looked to be scary but that was apparently due to my inexperience with the project.  They were able to find the right company for us. Thanks.
