Lead Paint Removal

Lead paint is a very common problem nowadays that is based by the homeowners specifically the people who are living in the older property could not avoid the problem of lead paint. The first step is to check whether the paint is based on lead or not. Lead paint is a common problem in homes that were built before 1960.

The lead paint testing kits are available in the market which is helpful to check that either the paint is based on lead or not.  If there is lead paint then there is no worry as the only risk of lead paint is that it is not appropriate as the removing of lead paint could increase the risk of lead dust. The lead paint service is only treated by removing the paint by peeling and if there are any dust particles it must be cleaned.

If the lead paint condition is good, it is best to paint over the lead paint and cover the seal with new paint. But if the condition is not good then it is necessary to remove it before repainting. The best way to remove the lead paint is a chemical stripper that binds with particles. Some experts use strippers and peel away that work much better than the paint strippers that are tested before and traditionally used. Before removing the paint, it is necessary to wear all safety measures including overalls and gloves.

A dust mask is necessary to improve the respiratory system and before removing the stripping paint it is necessary to make the room that especially uses the soft furnishing curtain and carpets all shift moved so that the dusty environment could be reduced. Chemical strippers should be used to reduce the risk of inhaling dust and work in a well-ventilated area that does not permit the individual to impact on the other side.

I have used Ground Zero Home Inspections for two of my properties.  As an investor, it's not easy to get a full understanding of what we are facing considering we are out of the state of the true repair condition of the homes we are prospecting. Their professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness, and fast response are second to none. I have used Ground Zero Home Inspections services for my home and business. Great job and inspectors.

I am very pleased with the service I received, from the initial contact with your personnel to the technicians that handled my problems. It is great to deal with a company that values its customers. The report looked to be scary but that was apparently due to my inexperience with the project.  They were able to find the right company for us. Thanks.
