Sewer Inspection with Grass and Tree Roots

A routine sewer inspection of a property that was already purchased without a sewer borescope inspection. The current owners already replaced the drainage to the road about five years ago but recently are having drainage issues. The drainage pipe that was replaced was still good to go, however, the drainage pipe that had no issues five years ago now has grass and tree roots that broke threw and are obvious damage. The homeowner’s insurance would not cover the damage due to their policy on what is covered.
